Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga style which has it's roots in Ashtanga Yoga. The classes start with a short meditation and warming-up exercises, which mobilizes the spine in every direction and activates the core. From here we go over into an energizing flow with variations of sun salutations and some challenging balance asanas (poses). The classes end with some restorative exercises and savasana, the final deep relaxation.

Although the Vinyasa classes follow a similar structure no class is like the other - some of the asanas and sequencing are repeated, some are different from class to class so that known and new elements are mixed.

If not stated differently the classes are for any level as there are sufficient variations for any body and level. So anyone can find their personal progress in strength, flexibility, balance and more… just start where you are.
