Yin Yoga is a very still and quiet yoga style and can be referred to as counterpart to the „yang“. Other than in the dynamic practice where sequences are repeated and the muscles are strengthened, in Yin Yoga we hold the positions for a longer time, between three and ten minutes to give the body time to let go.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing yoga style which makes you sweat and releases you with a great feeling into the day. No matter if you beginner or experienced, there are plenty of variations for each body and level, so for everyone the practice is motivating and challenging at the same time.

I started working as a yoga teacher in 2008 and have been home at the European Atlantic coast since. In cooperation with surf accomodations in France, Spain and Portugal I’ve been organizing yoga retreats along the most beautiful coastlines of our contintent.
